These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the online training and purchase of associated Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through Annie McLaughlin Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. **Acceptance of Terms**
By clicking the box and continuing, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any amendments or updates.

2. **Training Participation**
- **Eligibility:** You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our training and receive CEUs.
- **Training Access:** The training link provided is unique to you and should not be shared with others. Unauthorized sharing may result in the termination of your access without a refund. You will have access to the course for 365 days from purchase.
- **Completion:** To receive your CEU, you must complete the training in its entirety and submit the appropriate requirements.

3. **CEU Requirements**
- **Verification:** We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of your submission. Any attempt to falsify information may result in disqualification from receiving the CEU and/or coursework.

4. **Payment Terms**
- **Fees:** All fees for training and CEUs must be paid over the course of the agreed upon terms in the cart that you checked out in. Prices are subject to change, but you will be charged the price listed at the time of your purchase.
- **Refunds:** No refunds will be issued after the training has been accessed.
- **Payment Methods:** We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5. **Privacy and Data Protection**
- **Personal Information:** We collect personal information necessary to provide our services. This includes your name, email address, and any other details required for training and CEU issuance.
- **Data Usage:** Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the training and issuing CEUs as well as adding you to an email list. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. **Intellectual Property**
- **Content Ownership:** All training materials, including videos, documents, and quizzes, are the intellectual property of Annie McLaughlin Consulting. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- **Prohibited Actions:** You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display our training materials without prior written permission.

7. **Liability**
- **No Warranty:** The training is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the training will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- **Limitation of Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annie McLaughlin Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the training or use of our services.

8. **Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maryland.

9. **Modifications to Terms**
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
